Rantai pasok strategis pada sektor energi, pangan, dan teknologi militer merupakan komponen fundamental yang menopang efektivitas pertahanan negara. Ketergantungan Indonesia pada pasokan eksternal serta kerentanan terhadap dinamika geopolitik global menjadikan stabilitas rantai pasok semakin penting dalam desain pertahanan nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran sektor energi, pangan, dan teknologi militer terhadap strategi pertahanan nasional melalui pendekatan studi literatur konseptual. Data diperoleh dari jurnal nasional terakreditasi, jurnal internasional bereputasi, kebijakan pemerintah, serta literatur terkait rantai pasok strategis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketahanan energi berpengaruh langsung pada mobilitas militer, kesiapan alutsista, dan kontinuitas operasi pertahanan. Ketahanan pangan berperan menjaga stabilitas sosial yang menjadi fondasi ketahanan nasional, sementara kemandirian teknologi militer menentukan kemampuan negara mempertahankan operasi strategis tanpa ketergantungan pada pemasok luar negeri. Integrasi lintas sektor ketiganya terbukti menjadi prasyarat pembentukan sistem pertahanan yang adaptif dan resilien. Implikasi penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya diversifikasi sumber energi, penguatan logistik pangan, serta percepatan kemandirian teknologi militer sebagai langkah strategis dalam memperkuat ketahanan pertahanan nasional Indonesia.
