Abstract
artikel ini adalah sebuah deskripsi analisis teoretis mengenai berubahnya konsepsi pertahanan dan keamanan dalam era globalisasi pertahanan. Fenomena globalisasi pertahanan menunjukan bahwa persepsi ancaman dan keamanan baik internasional maupun nasional telah sedemikian berubah karena kompleksitas yang terbentuk dari relasi industrial yang mengalami liberalisasi. Globalisasi pertahanan membentuk relasi yang saratakan kerja sama dan kolaborasi. Artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain kajian teoretis, sehingga membahas isu secara general dan luas. Pada kesimpulannya, realita evolusi industri pertahanan membuat pemahaman akan bela negara harus berevolusi pula. Tidak hanya sekedar memahami adanya pertahanan nirmiliter, namun pemahaman mengenai prosedur industrial, diplomasi dan kerja sama, merupakan salah satu kunci berbela negara masa kini.
