Policy of screening for plagiarism

 In reporting plagiarism, writers must adhere to the following steps:

  1. Inform the editor of the journal which published articles plagiarized.
  2. Submit the articles that were traced to the original author arikel where plagiarized parts highlighted.
  3. The editor will arrange a meeting discipline, if evidence of plagiarism is convincing.
  4. Editor of the journal where the article plagiarized must communicate with the technical editor that contains the original article to fix the problem. plagiarist should be required to provide an explanation.
  5. In the case of response within the stipulated time or the explanation is not satisfactory, the article should be withdrawn permanently.
  6. The author should be blacklisted and debarred to submit articles to a particular journal for at least 5 years. The head of the institution concerned must be informed.
  7. Plagiarism is detected using the Google search engine
